Pieve consists of two buildings: Pieve Castle and the recently renovated Tower Palace. The buildings date back to the Middle Ages, but have been completely renovated. The villas offer comfortable accommodation for up to 30 guests. Pieve castle can accommodate 15 guests, and Tower Palace another 15. Both Pieve castle and Tower Palace have taken into account ecological sustainability, which can be seen in the solar energy system. Pieve has plenty of amenities, such as a heated swimming pool, a pool table, a home theater and a playground for children. There is even a separate church for private use in the yard of the villa.
The main building, Pieve castle, is an elegant, beautifully renovated medieval castle. The castle consists of three floors. The ground floor has an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a game room with an office corner, a billiards room, a bar corner, two toilets, a utility room and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The first floor has a living room with a home theater and five bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. On the second floor there is a terrace with a wonderful panoramic view of the castle garden and the surrounding hills. Outside the castle is a large medieval courtyard surrounded by lemon trees, perfect for a candlelit dinner.
Tower Palace on the top of the hill can only be rented together with Pieve Castle. Tower Palace, renovated in 2023, is also divided into three floors. The ground floor has an entrance hall, kitchen, a dining room, a living room with smart TV, a utility room, a toilet and ensuite two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms also has a lounge area and kitchenette. On the first floor there are three ensuite bedrooms. There are also three ensuite bedrooms on the second floor.
Pieve's yard has a huge garden full of flowers, trees and other vegetation. There is a swimming pool in the outdoor area, from where you can admire the wonderful surroundings. There are sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool. There is also a lot to do in the outdoor area, as there is a bocce court, table tennis and a children's playground. You can also enjoy dining in the cozy surroundings of the yard, as there are two grills and two dining groups, one of which is covered. The outdoor area has several places to relax, offering lovely views of the hills and the valley. There is also a separate castle for events next to the main castle, which can be rented separately for example for a weddings.
Pieve's surroundings offer an excellent setting for outdoor activities and enjoying nature. The castle is located in its own peace, but the nearest services are only a few kilometers away. From the castle, you can quickly reach several nearby towns, such as Umbertide and Perugia. You can also reach larger cities, for example Rome, the capital of Italy, in a few hours.
