In 2014, the idea of Villada service started out with few observations: instead of traditional travel packages and hotel travelling, different, unique options for both family holidays and business trips are sought after. There are a lot of online sites on the web that offers endless options for renting houses and apartments. However, they do not always bring the feeling of safety and trustworthiness for making the booking. In reality, does the accommodation actually correspond to what is promised and promoted? That is quite often a large concern of travellers.

We wanted to create a service which standardizes the whole villa holiday experience from the first contact point, through the booking process, and all the way to the stay at the villa. Throughout the entire process, the guest should rest assured their holiday experience will be nothing but perfect.

Over the course of 10 years, Villada has managed to find its way into the hearts of Finnish and international villa vacationers and is known as a reliable service provider among both customers and partners. In addition to consumer customers, we serve business customers, for whom we can offer a versatile selection of accommodation options, for example for a team's remote working week or a staff incentive or recreation trip. On both the consumer and business side, we have plenty of regular customers who return every year, and in 2022, Villada's customer satisfaction was 98%.

As a Finnish company, we understand our customers' needs and expectations and strive to make the experience as easy and worry-free as possible for the customer. All accommodations in our selection are individually selected and quality-checked either by Villada's staff or by local, reliable villa managers. Our customer service team regularly visits our properties to get to know the villas and the owners of the villas and our other business partners, so that we can guarantee the fulfillment of our service promise both in terms of the quality of the selection and the individuality of the customer service.
