Villa Panorama

Villa Panorama is a glorious restored barn set on one of the most famous hills in the Lucca area with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. The villa has been completely renovated and comprises of three bedrooms that together can accommodate up to six guests. Although the villa has been completely renovated the owner has kept the old barn’s charm with terracotta tiles and wooden beams in the ceiling. Villa Panorama measures about 140 in square metres and is set on two floors. The ground floor comprises of a living area with sofas (of which one is a sofa bed) and TV, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. The three bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are doubles and one is a single (with the possibility to add an extra single bed suitable for children.). All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with showers. Air conditioning is present in the hall upstairs. Villa Panorama’s garden measures 3000 in square metres. From the kitchen you can access the terrace equipped with a large table ideal for outdoors meals. Here it’s also possible to use the barbecue. The villa’s pool area is located on a higher level, approximately 40 meters from the villa. The pool is divided into two sections - one large, rectangular pool that measures 11 x 4,5 metres and has a fixed depth of 1,4 metres, and one children’s pool which measures 3 x 3 meters with a fixed depth of 45 cm. The pool area is equipped with sun beds and parasols. Below the swimming pool there is a changing room with a bathroom.
