On the first floor of the villa there are a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living room with exit to the balcony with sea views and to a terrace with an outdoor dining area. There are also a twin bedroom and a family bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, a family bathroom with shower, and a toilet. Two of the bedrooms with double beds have access to a balcony and terrace with sea views. In one of the double bedrooms there is an additional sofa bed. The last bedroom has two single beds.
The outdoor area features a private, heated pool, a sun deck with deck chairs, and traditional outdoor barbecue, and three parking places. The villa is located on island Čiovo that is connected with a bridge to the famous town Trogir with great historical and cultural attractions. All you need is within walking distance from the villa: minimarket, beach, water sports, restaurants, bars, etc. Trogir's most popular beach is the one that is less than 200m from the villa. It's a 2 km-long stretch of pebbles, lined with cafe-bars, ice-cream parlors and more.
