"This house is truly wonderful, spacious, spotlessly clean, well maintained, light and charming. It has beautiful views and feels very private. We were two families with three children aged 3 to 5 and we all had the most relaxing vacation. Everything is very safe as the whole area is fenced. Also, the pool is separated by a small gate (so no worries about the little ones getting into the pool by themselves!). We could rest in the hammock or on beach chairs as the children played safely around us – total bliss! The pool was fantastic, too. Initially we planned on going to the beach every afternoon, but we were so happy at the pool that we only left once. Other things we appreciated: the beautiful natural area with oak trees in front of the house (don't change it!), the dishwasher (a life-saver), five bathrooms, air conditioning, toys for the kids, the sauna. Thank you for our great host. We plan to see you again next year!"

"Lovely villa in a great location; but the difference with this villa is in the standard of service provided by the owner, the little details that made our stay memorable. We have stayed at a number of villas across Europe and the US, but this stands out as having everything set up perfectly for a great holiday experience. Firstly we arrived on a late flight, so the owner provided fresh bread, local ham, cheese, milk, wine etc - all very welcome. Second, the owner provided us with all the usual flyers for the local attractions but also provided us with her own summary of the ten best attractions and an astoundingly useful hand-drawn map that explained the local geography - so simple to do, but we've never come across this elsewhere. Thirdly, a fabulous outside barbecue with charcoal provided. I initially thought I was using left over charcoal from the previous guests, but actually this was just part of the service; this is what I mean by little details making the difference, as usually I find charcoal for the barbecue is an extra, something one has to track down in the local supermarket. I could go on, but you will get the point that this is a villa where the manager has really thought hard about the total customer experience (not just renting out a great villa in a great place), and in my opinion has got it about spot on. I'd recommend."

"We've just returned from an amazing 10 days in Croatia, Our first visit to Croatia and apart from this being an overwhelmingly beautiful part of the world, this villa is placed in a fantastic position up in the mountain behind Omis, just far enough away to be blissfully quiet but completely accessible to the town and shops within minutes. The views and location day and evening make this a wonderful place to be. Mirjana was a perfect host giving exactly the right amount of information and the hand over was slick and efficient, but left us with lots of extra information for us to look over. Her recommendations in every case were spot on. The villa is brilliantly appointed and equipped. The restaurant in the village run by Pere was a real find and a highlight of our holiday. Food was amazingly fresh and delicious and we went back twice ensuring our last night in Croatia a special one. We loved visiting this place, we felt we'd seen the authentic side of Croatia and still had access to all the things you need to keep four children happy and give them every ingredient for a wonderful holiday full of memories made. "Just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks with my family and have already recommended the house and owners to 3 different groups of friends. Would love to return and spend another few weeks enjoying the fabulous pool, relaxing gardens and perfectly equipped house. More like a home than a holiday house and comes complete with everything you could need. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners who are always happy to help with day trip suggestions and restaurant recommendations. Can't wait to return!"

"Arrival was easy and hostess were there to guide us in. Nice welcome package helped in 1st day. There were 5 of us who stayed in the villa (grandparents and daughter with her family) and there was good space for all of us. Pool area was really nice as well the BBQ place. Photos of this place were reflecting the reality very well."
