Villa Ulica

Villa Ulica is a spacious villa located in Stanići with amazing panoramic sea views. The villa is located less than 3 kilometers from the beach and the lovely town of Omiš is approximately 3,5 kilometers away. This is an ideal accommodation for a bigger family or group of friends who want to spend time together while still enjoying their privacy in separated apartments. The villa consist of four levels with a total of five separate apartments so that the guests can enjoy some privacy while still being able to spend some time together. On the ground floor there is a games room with billiard table, foosball table, ping pong table and dartboard. There is also two toilets on this floor. Apartments 1 and 2 are located on the first floor. Each apartment has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Apartments 3 and 4 are located on the second floor and just like apartments 1 and 2 they each consist of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The fifth apartment is located on the third floor and consists of two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. The fifth apartment also has a media room with a big television, PlayStation and three sofa beds. One of the sofa beds is for two people and the other two are for one person. Each apartment has its own living room with dining area and kitchen. Each floor has its own terrace with outdoor furniture and amazing sea views. Between the first and the second floor there is also a covered, spacious outdoor dining area with barbecue and summer kitchen. From here you can access the pool and sundeck area. The private pool of 50 m2 is surrounded by a sundeck area with ten wooden deckchairs. There is also a private parking area with space for up to six cars. The whole property is very secluded with stunning mountain and sea views.
