Villa Sveti is a high-quality, fully air-conditioned villa that offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The villa is located in Podstrana, a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests, and is therefore suitable for a larger group of friends or several families travelling together. When stepping into the villa from its pool area you enter a games room with football table, TV, treadmill, luxurious spa area with steam room, shower and whirlpool. At this level you will also find the first bedroom with views to the pool, double bed and ensuite bathroom. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living and dining area with a huge terrace with sea views. On the ground floor there are also two bedrooms, one with double bed, ensuite bathroom and sea view, and another with double bed and views to the garden. There is also a separate bathroom with shower on this floor. On the first floor you will find a second fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living and dining room with a huge terrace and amazing sea views. There are also four bedrooms located on this floor. Two bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. There is also a separate family bathroom with shower on this floor. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Owners (a very nice young couple) live at the top floor but does not overlook or use the area reserved exclusively for guests (all stated in this advert is exclusively set for guests to use). Owners absolutely respect guests privacy, but there are near if needed. Villa Sveti’s outdoor area is accessed from the lower ground floor and offers a private, heated swimming pool, sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, comfortable covered outdoor dining area for 14 people, barbecue and a fully equipped summer kitchen with toilet. There are also private parking for up to 6 cars, one parking space is in the garage. Villa Sveti is located approximately 20 meters from the beach. There is an underground trail going to the beach from Villa Sveti so that guests do not have to cross the street to get to the beach. There is a grocery store located next to the villa and the villa’s owners run the restaurant Mario located on the beach just across the street. There are several sun beds and umbrellas on the beach reserved for guest staying in Villa Sveti. The villa owners also offer meal delivery to the villa if needed. Owners can also arrange transfer from the airport and back for an extra fee. The city of Split is only 8 kilometers away (11 kilometers to the old town) and approximately 15 kilometers from the villa you will find the town of Omiš and the Cetina river.
