This lovely apartment is on the ground floor of a private villa that is located on the outskirts of Split, in the village Žrnovnica, only 3 km far from the beach. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6+2 persons. Guests have access to a private, heated pool, terrace and outdoor dining areas. All that is offered at the ground floor level is just for you: living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen with exit to terrace and pool area, one bedroom with double bed and TV, one bedroom with double bed end exit to a terrace with pool view, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 people. The owners absolutely respect your privacy, and are there if needed. The outdoor area offers a private, heated swimming pool, two outdoor dining areas, one with barbecue and summer kitchen, playground, and a spacious sun deck area with lounge chairs. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet part of the village, and there is sun at the pool area from morning till evening. There is only 10 km to get to the center of the famous town Split with its great history and diverse range of restaurants, bars, museums and more. A mini market is only 150 m far from the property, and the nearest restaurants are only 1,5 km away.

"We were 2 families staying at this property, 4 adults and 3 children. Cannot recommend it highly enough. It is exactly as described and more, property was spotless, Mila was the perfect host and while she and her family live upstairs you very rarely see them. Pool was perfect and regular swimming took place late into the evening much to the children's delight. Outdoor facilities was outstanding, car is required however there is a very well stocked supermarket and bakery only 2 minute walk from the property. I have no doubt that we will be booking again for next year. Thank you to Mila and her family once again for making our trip to Split very enjoyable!! "

"Wir eine Familie mit 3 Kindern hatten im Apartment Gabriela herrliche Ferien verbracht. Der schöne große Pool war immer blitzsauber und auch die Wohnung war in einem top Zustand. Die Einrichtung war neu und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Matratzen waren sehr bequem. Die Besitzerin Mila hat über uns gewohnt, und uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Wir hatten den großen Garten mit überdachtem Grillplatz und den Pool für uns alleine. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen!!"
