Villa Zello is an elegant private villa in Tarquinia, a historic town situated between Rome and Tuscany. It is only a one-hour drive from Fiumicino Airport.
The villa has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room and open kitchen. There are large terraces on both sides of the villa. The terrace facing the sea has a fireplace to enjoy chilly evenings. The villa can accommodate 8+1 guests.

Villa estate comprises 3 hectares of land located in Roccaccia, Tarquinia. The villa offers panoramic views over the surrounding hills, the Mediterranean Sea, Monte Argentario and the island of Giglio – notoriously famous of the crash of Costa Concordia cruise ship in 2012.
The old town of Tarquinia is about 5 minutes’ drive away. Tarquinia is a medieval town best known for its Etruscan necropolis, which is an UNESCO World heritage site and the prime attraction of the area. Tarquinia is a charming town with lots of medieval architecture, dozens of nice restaurants and many shops and cafés.
The surroundings offer a lot of things to see and to do. The closest beaches and a 9-hole golf course are just a 10 minute-drive away. The best golf courses in Italy can be reached within an hour. There are historic sites, vineyards, charming small villages, thermal spas and breath-taking sceneries within easy reach. In addition to shopping in Rome you can find inexpensive outlets nearby.
