Villa Janica

Villa Janica is a modern villa with a stunning sea view, located in the quiet village of Stanići. The lovely pebbled beach as well as Stanići center with its many bars, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance from the villa. With six bedrooms this villa can accommodate up to twelve guests. The villa is furnished with high quality and offers everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious vacation. On the ground floor (pool level) you will find a gym/games room with fitness equipment, billiard table, sauna and bathroom with shower. The first floor comprises of a living and dining area as well as a fully equipped and modern kitchen. There are also two bedrooms (one is ensuite) and a spacious, covered terrace with dining table. The second floor offers four modern and comfortable ensuite bedrooms, out of which two have access to a terrace with lounge furniture. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV. Outside on the covered terrace, in front of the sauna, is a jacuzzi with room for up to five people. The outdoor area also offer a summer kitchen with barbecue, an outdoor dining area, a heated swimming pool, as well as a sundeck area with lounge chairs, parasol and outdoor shower. There is also a children’s playground and a garage with six parking places. The villa is located within walking distance from restaurants, a grocery store and the beach, so a car is not necessary but still recommended. Omiš is 5 kilometers away and Split city center is 30 kilometers away.
