Villa Duce

This villa is located in sandy beaches of village Duće. Duće is a beautiful coastal village right next to town of Omiš. There is indoor and outdoor pools in the villa and also one smaller pool in the rooftop terrace. Luxurious and modern Villa Duce has four bedrooms in two floors. With extra bed this villa can accommodate up to 9 guests. Villa Duce has wireless internet and air conditioning. In the first floor there is indoor pool, gym room, sauna and one of the bedrooms. There is kitchen, living and dining area in both floors and both kitchens are well equipped. In the first floor there is also bbq and outdoor dining area. Three bedrooms are in the second floor with own bathrooms and double beds in each of the rooms. There are three different outdoor areas in Villa Duce; ground floor pool area & dining area, second floor balcony and rooftop terrace. At the rooftop there is jacuzzi and lounge area for 10 people. Second floor balcony has a small dining/sitting area. Downstairs outside area has a big swimming pool, 10 sunbeds, dining and barbecue area. Outside area is fenced and there is a gate with straight access to the beach. There are many restaurants and shops close to the villa and town of Omiš is also in a walking distance.
