Villa Sol

Villa Sol is located in a residential area in the center of the Troia Peninsula, in one of the most preserved natural environments in Portugal. The long sandy beach and calm water is just a short walk away. Within a few kilometers of the villa are tennis courts, a golf course, a casino, shops, bars and restaurants. With its five bedrooms, Villa Sol can accommodate a total of ten guests. The ground floor has a well-equipped kitchen with connection to the terrace and barbecue, an open space with living room and dining area, two bedrooms, a shared bathroom with shower, and a toilet. The upper floor of the villa consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and two other bedrooms that share one bathroom with shower. There is also a large terrace on the upper floor, a great place to enjoy the sun with views over the pool area. A lush garden surrounds the villa and offers space for play and activities on the lawn. The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol. There is a covered patio with a dining table, and a barbecue area outside the house. Private parking is available for two cars. The property is located close to three nature parks, and the sea with its sandy beaches is less than 500 meters away.
