Stare is modern villa with amazing sea views in quiet and private location. Still all the services in Duće are in a walking distance and town of Omiš is also just less than two kilometres away. Sandy beaches with clear waters are 5 minute walk from the villa. Villa Stare has four bedrooms and it accommodates 8 guests. The villa is nicely decorated and fully equipped. There is also air conditioning in the villa. Entering from the pool area there is living area, kitchen and family bathroom. Two bedrooms are in the first floor and two in the second floor. Half of the bedrooms have double beds and half two single beds. Upstairs bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Outside the villa there is pool area and dining area. There is barbecue in the dining area. Private pool is heated and sun deck area has sun beds for all of the guests. Located right above Villa Stare, we also have three-bedroom Villa Docine. Town of Omiš has many activities, restaurants and beaches. Split is also only half an hour ride from the villa.

"Big, modern, clean and gorgeous view! Great welcome and gorgeous villa. Everything you need is supplied and the view is outstanding. Pool could be a little warmer for those staying with small children but a small point. Would happily stay again although the hill up and from the main road will be trickier with toddlers and young children as too steep for little legs. A car would be useful."
