Villa Binka

Villa Binka is located in small village Duće, next to Mediterranean town Omiš. With only 300 metres to the beach, villa has amazing sea views from every corner of the property. Villa Binka is other half of a semi-detached house. It still offers full privacy for its guests as the pool area is on the side of the house with open views to the sea. Villa has five bedrooms and it can accommodate 10 guests. Villa Binka is very well equipped and fully air-conditioned. Interior is in four floors. In the ground floor there are a play area with billiard, darts, table tennis, toilet, and kitchenette. First floor and second floor have their own fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have double beds. There is balcony in the second floor living area with amazing views. From the first floor balcony, guests can access the pool area. Villa offers an additional 3rd floor with a fully equipped kitchen and living room, cinema room, bed room, bathroom and a toilet. Outdoor area offers fully equipped summer kitchen, covered dining area, barbecue, private swimming pool and sun beds. Beautiful sand beach, shops and restaurants are just down the road.
