Villa Marlene is located right at the beautiful pebble beach by crystal clear sea. Villa is located in peninsula between cities of Dubrovnik and Makarska. Marlene is very authentic and traditional Dalmatian style stone villa. There are four bedrooms in the villa that accommodate 7 guests. With two extra beds Villa Marlene accommodates up to 9 guests.
There are three floors in the villa. Ground floor has spacious living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and one bathroom. There are two accesses from the living areas to villa's garden and yard. There is a spiral staircase leading to the second floor. Second floor has one single bedroom and two double bedrooms. All bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is also small lounge area in the second floor and second bathroom. Master bedroom is in the third floor with a king-size bed. There is also bathroom in the third floor.
Villa Marlene's spacious Mediterranean yard has swimming pool, sun beds, beautiful garden with flowers and herbs, dining area, barbecue and lounge area. Outdoor area is private and fenced, but without blocking the amazing views to the sea and the close islands. There is a gate straight to the beach from the villa. Centre of Orebic and all the services are less than one kilometre from the villa.
