Welcome to Villa Felix! We invite you to enter a world of rustic charm, history and elegant tradition. Villa Felix is perfectly located on the edge of the charming village of Olivella with its stunning views over the Garraf National Park, picturesque church and family friendly restaurant. The estate is a great location for special events such as meetings and themed parties, special celebrations, anniversaries and family gatherings or corporate events. The villa has been lovingly restored with attention to detail and focus on creating a wonderful romantic setting. Parts of this traditional villa date back to the 11th century. Surrounded by vineyards and completely enclosed within an ancient stone wall, the property was the original village of Olivella. Whilst the main house has stood empty for the past twenty years the outbuildings were still used for the production of wine until 2002. The house has several sitting rooms, a cinema room and two fully equipped kitchens. An 80 sqm. function room is available as well as a connecting cottage, with private garden and swimming pool which is perfect for smaller children. There is also a sauna with room for up to ten people. Just a 15 minute drive takes you to the cosmopolitan seaside town of Sitges where you and your guests can walk the 3 kilometre long promenade and enjoy the sandy beaches.
