Villa Roncovisi

Villa Roncovisi is a typical tuscanian stone villa with a fantastic pool. The house was built in the 19th century and is located on the western slope of the Albano mountain, about 250 meters above sea level. Here up to 19 guests can enjoy privacy in a scenic environment. The villa is beautifully decorated with antique furniture and has a total of seven bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a dining room, a kitchen with fireplace and pizza oven, a billiard room, a bathroom, a laundry room and four different living/dining areas. Sofa beds are available for four people. A staircase leads up to a bedroom with two single beds. Two further stairs lead up to the second floor consisting of six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms have double beds, one has three single beds and the sixth has one single bed. The villa overlooks the tuscanian countryside and its hills, olive groves and forests of chestnut and oak trees. In the lower part of the garden is a private swimming pool (12x6 meters) surrounded by sun loungers, tables and parasols. Outside the villa is a covered dining area and a patio where guests can gather for a delicious meal. Villa Dell Angelo is located next to Villa Roncovisi and is owned by the same owner. The nearest town is two kilometers from the villa and there you will find all necessary shops and restaurants. Six different golf courses are within an hour's driving distance and by car it is also easy to do day trips to the area's sights and cities such as Florence and Pisa.
