Villa Dragana

Villa Dragana is a brand new villa located in the small town of Duće, on the most beautiful sandy beach. The villa offers modern and spacious, fully air-conditioned accommodation for up to 9 people, and a private heated pool just a step from the sandy beach. On the ground floor there is a spacious living and dining area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, air conditioning, and exit to the pool area. There is also a bedroom with two single beds on this floor, as well as a family bathroom with shower. The lower ground floor offers a playroom with TV, sofa and PlayStation 4. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Two of the bedrooms have king sized double beds and one has two single beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while two share a family bathroom with shower. Outdoor you will find a private, heated pool with hydromassage area and infinity edge, a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, and a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue. Approx. 50 meters from the villa are two parking places secured for guests staying in Villa Dragana. The small, Mediterranean town Omiš and the Cetina river are only 2 km away and offer a vide selection of restaurants, historical attractions, hiking trails, and water sports. The famous town of Split is 23 km away and with its Diocletian Palace and old town it's for sure a "must visit". Minimarket and restaurants are found within walking distance from the villa.
