Villa Stana

Villa Stana is equipped with entertainment for all ages, which makes it a perfect choice for families or friends. The villa is well organised, nicely designed and very bright with a lot of daylight. The villa sleeps up to 10 guests. The air conditioned ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with smart-TV, Wi-Fi and sofa bed. From the living room you can access the terrace with outdoor dining area. There is also a double bedroom as well as a separate bathroom with washing machine on this floor. An internal staircase takes you to the first floor with three bedrooms. All are equipped with double bed and ensuite bathroom. From two of the bedrooms you can also access the balcony where you can relax in the outdoor furniture and admire the view over the pool and the sea. The outdoor area is fully fenced with a parking plot for 4 cars. The outdoor area also features a covered dining area, a barbecue, a spacious sun deck area with 8 deck chairs and private swimming pool with counter-current swimming program and attached whirlpool (2.5m x 2m, non-heated). Additionally there is also a ping pong table and a gym / playroom. It is an air conditioned room with a Orbitreck machines and some weights for your workout, and next to it is a sofa with a TV, PS4 and some toys for the youngest.
