Villa Antonia is a brand new property located in Duće, only a stone’s throw from the beach, several different restaurants and shops. This modern and stylish villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with everything a modern guest would need for a comfortable stay. With 4 ensuite bedrooms the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The ground floor with glass walls in the living and dining room perfectly frame the views for guest relaxing in the sitting area, gathering around the dining table for 8 or preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen that is connected to the outdoor area. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as a separate toilet and facility room. An internal staircase takes you to first floor where you will find the remaining bedrooms. They are each equipped with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. Furthermore, there is also a room with some toys for your youngest. The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool with counter-current swimming program and hydro-massage for relaxation. The spacious terrace features 6 deck chairs and a lounge corner with an electric barbecue. There are two secured parking places as well as a third one in the villa’s garage. Next to the garage is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer, and other needed appliances.
