Villa Baylin

Villa Baylin is a new built villa in a typical Mediterranean style, fully equipped with all you need for a very comfortable stay, located in small village Gata offering absolute privacy in very quiet and unspoiled environment. The villa offers spacious and fully air-conditioned accommodation for up to 10 people. Outside you will find a heated, private pool, a sun deck area, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. The ground floor offers a huge living area with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and dining area, glass door toward the pool area. There is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the lower ground floor you will find a sauna and a fitness room with TV, A/C and shower. The first floor features the remaining three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and one is equipped with two single beds and a sofa bed for one. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a balcony and air conditioning. On this floor there is also a games room with TV, PS4 and a second sofa bed for one. The outdoors offers a heated 32sqm pool with massage, a sun deck area with 8 deck chairs, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. There is also a garage for one car, a ping pong table and a dartboard (can be used outside only!). The villa is located only 8 kilometers (10 minutes by car) from small Mediterranean town of Omiš, where you will find several restaurants, shops and the closest beach.
