From the hallway you step can access two spacious terraces, one on the south side and one on the north side, both with lounge outdoor furniture and views on the greenery and fields, a perfect spot for lazy evenings and watching stars, since the skies here are clear from urban lights. The outdoor area offers absolute privacy and a heated pool, sun deck area with 6 deck chairs, a covered outdoor dining area with TV and traditional barbecue, a summer kitchen next to it and playground for your youngest that has a trampoline and a slide. All surrounded by Mediterranean plants and fields where local seasonal vegetable and fruit grow. Villa Meliora is located in an absolute quiet part of Ugljane village, only 1 kilometer from a minimarket, a restaurant, and a bar. The nearest town is nested on Cetina river and here you will find several traditional restaurants.
