Villa Sitges

Sitges is an resort with 9 individually styled and self-contained villas, houses and cottages, each with its own kitchen, at least 1 bathroom and a private garden. There are large common areas where guests can come together for al fresco dining, poolside relaxation and other gatherings and events. Even though the resort accommodates up to 44 guests, no one needs to compromise on privacy. The owners have carefully maintained many original features like wooden ceiling beams, traditional stone walls and terracotta floor tiles to create a unique residence offering space, privacy and luxury to make your holiday a truly unforgettable experience. The main house has a large kitchen with enough space to prepare meals for large groups. Every unit also has its own kitchen or kitchenette. The main house offers a dining room for up to 25 people and extra dining room has another 20 seats. There is also outside dining space for groups of up to 50 guests. The main house features a large chill-out lounge for large groups. There is WiFi and air-conditioning throughout the property. The sleeping accommodation is spread into 2 floors of the main house, plus in 7 individual units, each one accommodating 2 to 10 guests. The bedrooms resort consists of the following units; 2-bedroom cottage, luxury farmhouse for 10 people next to the pool area, 2 bedroom country house, 1 bedroom cottage, manor house with 4 bedrooms, two 60sqm cottages wit two bedrooms, 3 bedroom garden house and finally, one cosy 1-bedroom cottage. Villa Sitges has 4000 m2 of exterior space and lot of gardens and many outdoor facilities. There are small terraces in all the cottages and many sun beds by the big swimming pool. Despite its beautiful and peaceful rural location, Barcelona airport is just 30 minutes away and within 45 minutes you can be in the heart of Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital of Catalonia. In addition, the sandy beaches of the popular seaside resort of Sitges are just 10 minutes away. The closest village with shops and cafes is a 4 minute drive and the main coastal motorway is just 5 minutes away.
