On the first floor of the left wing there is one bedroom with balcony and an entertainment room. There is one bathroom between these rooms with rain shower and bath tub. In the right wing of the ground floor there is a comfortable living room with huge sofa and terrace, an area to relax. On the first floor of the right wing there is a master bedroom in grey colour with en suite bathroom, bathtub with sea view, rain shower, separate garderobe and terrace with sea view. In the lower ground floor of the right wing there is a fourth bedroom in beige/blue colour with en suite bathroom and large terrace. The bedrooms are all spacious, premium equipped with tailor-made sliding door wardrobes, whole body mirrors, make up tables, flatscreen TV and air conditioning. On each terrace there are two lounge chairs with side tables to enjoy the panoramic views. The main front terrace is central area for relaxed dining or sun bathing. The infinity pool is excellent place to admire the amazing sea views. In the atrium behind the house you will enjoy preparing barbecue. The villa is located only few kilometres from the sea and the close village Baska Voda. The nearest town Makarska is just a short drive away. The location of the villa is an excellent starting point to discover historical, cultural or natural attractions of the Middle Dalmatia.
