Second floor consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. All bedrooms in the villa have queen-size double beds. Going downstairs from the living room you'll reach the basement floor, which has the third bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and also separate bathroom and a bigger dining area with kitchenette and a fireplace. Villa is surrounded by fenced 5000sqm outdoor area, with swimming pool and sun beds. The swimming pool has an automatic cover, which is ideal for night time and to secure the pool from kids. There is also barbecue area with pizza oven in the garden. Villa Compito is the perfect place for spending relaxing holiday immersed in the nature and at the same time close to the most important cities of the Northern part of Tuscany. Lucca is only half an hour drive from the villa, Pisa is 45 minutes away and to Florence you'll drive in an hour.
