Velo is stylish and modern villa at hillside location in Lokva Rogoznica. Villa offers panoramic views to the sea and quiet surroundings for a relaxing holiday. All levels are connected with internal and external staircases. Villa is fully airconditioned and has a wifi. Ground floor offers game room with ping pong table and darts and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The middle floor has the common areas; fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with PlayStation4 and sofa bed for two. This floor has separate toilet and a washing machine. Living room has access to the outdoor dining area and jacuzzi at the middle floor terrace. Next to these, there is also another indoor dining area with electric barbecue. The third and upper floor has a gym room with exercise bike, orbitrack, some weights and a Finnish sauna. Next to this room, there are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Other one of these ensuite bathrooms doesn't have a separate wall so it's transparent within the bedroom. Pool area of the villa offers private swimming pool with massage feature, outdoor shower, dining table, sun deck area with 10 sun beds and four umbrellas. Because of the hillside location, car is recommended and there are 4 secured parking places at the villa. Close to the villa, in Lokva Rogoznica, there is a local tavern where guests can try traditional local dishes. There are many beautiful pebble beaches around ten minute drive from the villa. Town of Omiš is also just 7 kilometres from Villa Velo, and there guests can find shops, activities and restaurants.
