The villa was renovated in the spring of 2021 and there is three apartments located in the same building. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 10 + 2 guests with sofa beds. With the renovation, the villa received two new bedrooms, a magnificent glass indoor sauna, a terrace & a jacuzzi area, and also a gym.
Whole villa is air-conditioned and has WiFi. In the main unit, ground floor offers fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with smart TV and PlayStation3. There is also spa & gym area, toilet and ping pong table in the ground floor. All three bedrooms of this unit are in the second floor.
At the parking level, you will enter into 2nd accommodation unit that offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a living room with a sofa (that converts into a sofa bed), bathroom and 4th bedroom. Internal staircase takes you up to 3rd accommodation unit that offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, a living room with a sofa bed, bathroom and 5th bedroom.
Outside the villa there is private swimming pool, spacious sun deck area with 6 deck chairs and covered outdoor dining area with bbq grill. Additionally, there is a rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi, a very comfortable lounge corner, and two deck chairs. From this terrace, you have amazing views on Split city, Ciovo peninsula, and Klis fortress. Villa has parking spots for three cars. Center of the village is few kilometres from the villa and town of Solin is five kilometres away. Car is recommended. Klis fortress is less than 10 minute drive from the villa and to Split it takes around half an hour.
