Villa Kritis

Modern Villa Kritis consists of three apartments, with all necessary facilities. Villa is ideally located in the heart of the tourist resort of Platanes, Rethymno. It is within walking distance from the beach, various services and tourist attractions. Villa Kritis accommodates up to 15 guests. The ground floor apartment consists of a large living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There is a large satellite TV set, a fireplace, and a sofa bed in the living room. This apartment has a double bed bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a washing machine. There is also another bedroom with bunk-beds. Connected to the same room there is an attic, with another double bedroom. In this bedroom, there is a small shower bathroom. The first upper floor apartment is accessible via an external staircase and it consists of an open-space living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, both with double beds. One of the bedrooms has ensuite bathroom. There is also balcony and another spacious bathroom in the apartment. On the same floor, there is a third apartment with a living and dining area, separate open-plan kitchen, and one double bed bedroom. All apartments have satellite TV, WiFi and Air-conditioning. Outside the villa there is a private swimming pool, sun beds, bbq and outdoor dining. The central location of the villa is within walking distance from beautiful sandy beach, numerous taverns, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, coffee shops, pubs, clubs, mini-golf, and all possible services.
