BORGO STELLA is an estate situated 500 meters above sea level with approximately 460 hectares of land, surrounded by the green of the majestic forests of the Casentino valley. Nestled in the Tuscan hills in the province of Arezzo, the property is surrounded by a picturesque landscape with medieval villages such as Poppi or Bibbiena and the monasteries of La Verna and Camaldoli.
In this enchanting environment, Borgo Stella is composed of bedrooms and suites of different sizes that can accommodate up to 44 adults (+ 5 additional sleeps for adults and +16 children on extra charge). In addition, guests will find, a professional kitchen with spacious dining room, a communal area with satellite TV, a children games room as well as a Spa area with jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish steam bath.
The individual units are furnished in the typical Tuscan "Arte Povera" style. The bedrooms have TV sets (only Italian channels), bathroom with shower and hairdryer, the suites also have kitchenettes and some of them have a private outdoor area.
The holiday home is surrounded by large green areas with garden furniture, the fully fenced pool area with sunbeds and the adjacent children's playground. All around pastures, a young olive grove and forests as far as the eye can see, offering the opportunity to take relaxing walks on cool forest trails.
Internet Wi-Fi is available inside the house and in the outdoor area too.
Borgo Stella is without no doubt the ideal accommodation especially suitable for large groups and families with children, for weddings and other celebrations or company meetings etc.
INDOOR
The approx. 1.500 m² holiday home is spread over several levels and comprises a total of 22 double bedrooms, a large part of them with additional sleeping facilities (sofa beds, pull-out or extra beds), which can be used for a surcharge.
On the ground floor, there are entrances in the living area with rustic natural stone floors, sofas and satellite TV. From here you get into the children's playroom, in the rustic farmhouse kitchen, in the dining room in the “restaurant style” with adjoining professional kitchen and toilet.
The externally accessible entrance areas to the bedrooms and suites are distributed around the house. The bedrooms are equipped with TV sets (only Italian programs), bathroom with shower and hairdryer, the suites also have kitchenettes and some of them have private outdoor areas. A few connecting doors can connect some of the units. Some of the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Next to one of the sleeping areas, there is the access to the wellness area with Jacuzzi and relaxation zone on a glazed panoramic terrace, a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, a Turkish steam bath, an emotional shower, a toilet and a massage area (services to be pre-ordered).
OUTDOOR
The house is surrounded by wide green areas with lush Mediterranean vegetation. In front of an entrance there is a shaded area with tables, chairs and an outdoor barbecue for alfresco dining or simply relaxing in the fresh air. The 16 x 8 m large and 1,40 m deep, fully fenced pool can be heated thanks to solar panels and heat pump, this service is available on request at an additional cost. The pool area has a 120 m² sun terrace with outdoor shower, sun loungers and shady pergolas. Next to the pool area and separated by a fence with door, is the children's playground with slide, swing, and more. Near the pool, there is a laundry room and toilet facilities. From the parking, a staircase leads to a garden tent with fitness equipment.
