Villa Necu

Newly built Villa Necu is located on Šolta island, with good ferry connections to Split. Villa is set in Nečujam bay, offering amazing sea views to the surrounding crystal clear sea. Villa offers perfect coastal accommodation for families or friend groups. Villa has three bedrooms and it can accommodate up to eight guests. Villa Necu is in two floors. The ground floor has all the three bedrooms with double beds. Two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and own direct access to the pool area. One bedroom has a separate family bathroom in the hallway. The second floor offers an spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is also a family bathroom, fireplace, TV, and big glass walls with sea views. This floor has the main entrance and access to villa parking level. The outdoor area offers a private 30sqm pool that has a hydro massage system and it's surrounded by eight sun beds. In front of the pool area there is also covered and fully equipped summer kitchen with a traditional barbecue, dining table and lounge area. A few steps down you'll find a playground with trampoline and table tennis. The closest seaside restaurant is just down the road about 100 metres from the villa. Nečujam area has also beautiful pebble beach and grocery stores close to the villa. Ferries to Split go from Rogač, which is ten minut drive from the villa. The island has also many beautiful places that are easily reached by car.
