With four bedrooms Villa Passero accommodates up to 8 guests. Villa Passero consists of two separate buildings. Cosy interior is equipped with all the comforts. The main house includes a large living room, a small kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. The annex house has two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom. There is also well equipped covered kitchen outside with the outdoor dining area. There is oven, fridge and bbq grill. Outside at the large property guests can find private swimming pool, sun terrace and veranda, in addittion to the summer kitchen. Villa Passero is an excellent base to reach easily Syracuse’s historic centre and the lovely sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche. In Plemmirio, there is a small grocery store and few restaurants.
