India is a beautiful Mediterranean style villa situated in a splendid sea front position in San Lorenzo, a popular seaside resort that boasts one of Sicily’s most beautiful beaches. Villa India has four bedrooms and it accommodates eight guests.
Recently built, the villa features bright, comfortable rooms furnished with taste and functionality in mind. Villa has living/dining room with kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom is on the first floor and accessed from outside. The villa has amenities like air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, iPod docking station, washing machine, dishwasher, safe and outdoor shower. There is a covered rooftop terrace, that can be accessed from outside.
Villa is surrounded by a well tended garden and large, panoramic terraces with sea views. This cosy villa has also a small swimming pool which can be heated (on request). Villa India is only few hundred meters from the beautiful, long sanydy beaches. The property, which is really close to the charming, lively fishing village of Marzamemi, is also short drive away from the most beautiful towns of south-eastern Sicily, such as Noto and Syracuse.
