Situated in a quiet residential area, it is just a few minutes’ drive away from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Marausa Lido. Villa Pietra has 5 bedrooms and it accommodates 10 people.
Consisting of a main building and two annexes, the villa boasts large, comfortable rooms furnished in a refined contemporary style. Villa is also equipped with comforts such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sat-TV, wireless home sound system and washing machine. The main house includes the living area, consisting of a lounge, a living/dining room, a kitchen and a guest bathroom, and three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom and one of which has a king size bed. The two annexes have the fourth and fifth bedroom, both with en-suite bathroom and king size bed.
