Villa Glavica II

Glavica II is a newly built villa in the seaside town of Duće located only two kilometer from beautiful Omiš and 120 meter from gorgeous sandy beaches. Glavica II is perfectly equipped in a modern and luxurious style containing simply everything needed for modern living. The villa is a semi-detached house but guests don’t have to worry about privacy. The villa spreads over four floors and accommodates twelve guests in total. The main entrance places you into the spacious living and dining area with exit to the pool area and view on the sea. In living room there’s direct access to the terrace and it’s connected with kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, for example with dishwasher, stove, pots and pans, plates and silverware. On the ground floor, you’ll find also a toilet. On the second floor, there’s spacious playroom with TV, game console and toys, which is a great place for children all ages. There is also two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms enjoy a large and soft double bed (180 x 200cm). Both bedrooms has a direct access to a shared terrace. The rest of the bedrooms are on the third floor. All of them has ensuite bathrooms and two of them enjoys access to the shared terrace. If you are looking for some fun to do, there is a billiard table in the basement. Additional outside space contains a cozy covered dining area, beautifully furnished sun deck and a soft seating area all of which are overlooking the sea. There is a build-in BBQ around the corner possibly supporting the idea of al fresco dining. Heated pool adds to holiday comfort, so guests are able to just relax and enjoy their stay.
