Zona is a luxury villa located on the Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily and it’s very near the popular seaside resort of Capo d’Orlando. The villa is set in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position and offers spectacular sea views towards the Aeolian Islands.
The villa is elegant and refined with marble floors, lavish chandeliers, antiques and valuable materials. It spreads over three floors and has five bedrooms for ten guests. The entrance leading guests to the spacious living room and it’s connected to dining area and kitchen. Three of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and two of them has en-suite bathrooms. There is also a guest bathroom. The second floor is also accessible from outside and guests will find another living room with dining area, kitchen, sitting room with a piano and a gorgeous panoramic terrace. The rest of the bedrooms is situated on the third floor with two bathrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Outside the villa guests will find a cozy gazebo with dining area where the whole group can enjoy their dinner together. Villa’s private swimming pool is the perfect place to admire beautiful sunsets and guests can enjoy themselves on the spacious terraces of the villa.
The villa is conveniently located just a few kilometres from the sandy beaches of Capo d’Orlando, the Nebrodi Park, Cefalù, Tindari’s archaeological site, Mount Etna and the Aeolian Islands.
