Brand new Villa Luka is located between villages Duće and Dugi Rat just across the road from the beautiful seaside and sandy beaches. Luxurious villa offers high quality accommodation for 10 guests. A fully air-conditioned interior of the villa is also covered with free WiFi. The external staircase takes you to the lower ground floor where you have fun zone and a spa area. There is a billiard, a bar, sofa with TV, Netflix, and a PS4. Next to it is a fully equipped gym area, Finnish sauna and a bathroom with shower. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. The ground floor of the villa offers an elegant kitchen area fully equipped with everything that a modern guest may need during their stay, a spacious dining area and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. There is also separate toilet and one of the bedrooms in this floor. First floor offers three bedrooms with access to the balcony. On the second floor guests will find the master bedroom with another spacious balcony. This balcony can also be reached with an internal staircase and it offers amazing sea views, 2 deck chairs and a jacuzzi. A perfect spot for an evening relaxation and amazing open sea and island views. The outdoor area behind the villa offers a private, heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi tub for absolute relaxation, 8 deck chairs at the sun deck area and a traditional barbecue with an outdoor dining area for 10 people for great evenings by the pool surrounded by olive trees, mediterranean plants and exterior lightning. Villa is located within a walking distance from sandy beaches, grocery store and restaurants.
