Villa Caliano

Caliano is a modern and contemporary villa located in the Tuscan countryside near Monsummano Terme. The villa is the perfect spot for those who want a holiday in total privacy, relaxation and tranquility in the countryside but also want to explore the surroundings. For sport lovers there are a golf course and a tennis club in the vicinity of the villa. The villa spreads over two floors and can accommodate thirteen guests in five spacious bedrooms. The ground floor consists of various open areas which join up the rooms themselves without dividing them and the glass doors and the skylights create a luminous atmosphere. There are a modern and well equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with comfortable divan and one of the bedrooms. On the same floor there is a spa area with indoor heated hydromassage, a sauna, Turkish bath, two heated relax beds and a beautiful view onto the outside area. A staircase leads up to the second floor where guests will find four double bedrooms with a refined and minimalistic decoration. All the bedrooms are with private bathrooms and three of them also have a single beds. On the second floor there is also a TV room with a large corner lounge and this area is only reachable by a lift from the spa. The villa is surrounded by a large and well maintained garden and outside the villa there are also a spacious swimming pool surrounded by a sun beds, umbrellas and two outdoor showers. The wooden pergola with curtains is perfect for moment of relax. In the garden there is also a barbeque area and guests can dine outside. There is a spacious parking area inside the villa.
