Villa Rogac

New luxury villa Rogac is located in beautiful coast town Duce, next to the city of Omiš. Duce beach is only 250 metres away, and all necessary services like restaurant and grocery store, are also close to the villa. Rogac accommodates 8 adults comfortably. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The first bedroom on the upper floor is a master with a king size bed. On the same floor there's a bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, and a bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and there's also one extra toilet in the house. All bedrooms have also own TV and beautiful view to the ocean. On the second floor, all bedrooms have access to a terrace. The spacious living room has view to the pool by glass doors that go all the way from floor to ceiling. In addition to the outdoor pool, guests can also use an outdoor jacuzzi, an indoor pool with counter-current swimming program, gym equipment and a sauna. The villa's equipment also include TV with satellite channels, a WiFi connection, PlayStation 4, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside guests can enjoy sun in a huge sun deck area with a modern deck chairs. Evenings can be spent with family or friends, cooking food with the bbq grill together, and dining afterwards in the covered outdoor dining area. On the top of the garage is a fenced grass plot, where the youngest of the family can play football.
