Ground floor of the villa has direct access to the terrace lounge. This floor has fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining area. Three of the bedrooms are located in this floor. One of these bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom and two bedrooms have one bathroom and a separate toilet in the hallway. First floor has kitchen, living and dining area with access to the covered balcony. There are also two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet in this floor. The top floor (the attic) has also its own kitchen, dining and living area with balcony. Two bedrooms in this floor have both ensuite bathrooms. Outside few steps down form the summer kitchen and dining area, there is private and heated swimming pool with sun deck area. Next to the pool area there is a playground for the youngest. Private and secured parking lot has space for 5 cars. There are many shops, restaurants and beaches within short distance from the villa. Location is very ideal between towns Split and Omiš.
