This area, the beauty of which has more than once graced the background of Leonardo da Vinci’s paintings, is bordered on the west by the Chianti hills and on the east by the mountains of Pratomagno, presenting hilly landscapes mainly cultivated with olive groves and mountainous areas with large tracts of woodland. The birthplace of many important Renaissance artists including Masaccio, this area is dotted with charming villages worth visiting.
The villa is immersed in the greenery and peace that the Tuscan countryside is famous for. At the same time, it is conveniently close to the town. At only 3 km away is Leccio, which has all first necessity shops and at 10 km is the characteristic village of Figline Valdarno.

The small part (Limonaia) is 75 Square metres.
Ground floor: Spacious lounge/dining room, sitting room, TV sat and kitchen corner.
First Floor: Double bedroom with bathroom with shower and another bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower.
Back Entrance: Sauna with relax area, reaction bath, bathroom with shower and laundry.
The patio next to the dining room is ideal for “al fresco” dining with a big table which can seat up to 16 guests. A BBQ is also available for your grills. You can relax beside the pool (10x5 depth cm 140, salted water), in a splendid friendly atmosphere, feeling at home and spoilt as in a most exclusive way.
