Villa Caterina

Caterina is a charismatic and classical villa in Lake Maggiore. The villa is located on a hill that offers wonderful views upon the lake. The villa is 450 square meter and can host up to 10 guests. A staircase brings you into the villa where you can find the living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and ensuite and two bedrooms have twin beds with a separate bathroom. Downstairs you will find another living space and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed, bathroom and a sauna. The downstairs also has access to the terrace which has a seating area, a grill and a pizza oven. Outside the villa you will also find the pool area with sun beds and a shaded seating area. There is also a pool chalet with a fridge where you can keep your drinks cold. The villa is located in the small village of Brisino approximately 3 kilometres away from the town of Stresa which is a popular town for Lake Maggiore tourists. In Stresa you will find restaurants, a supermarket, shops, bars and services. You can have a stroll lakeside and adore the views and stop in the many handcraft stores or cafés.
