The villa has been recently refurbished and has air condition throughout. Built on two levels, villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the lower level. The living and dining room opens onto the covered terrace and south facing terraced pool area with sun loungers. The fully equipped kitchen is just next to the the living area and has all modern appliances. The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor, accessed by a marble staircase from the entrance hall. It has a super king size bed, extensive built in wardrobes, en suite shower room and a large south facing terrace with outdoor furniture.
The covered terrace, accessed from the living-dining room is comfortably furnished with rattan couch and easy chairs and a dining table for breakfast or lunch. A double awning with remote control provides extra shade from the mid day sun. The 7.5 x 3.5m pool has roman steps at the shallow end allowing easy access and it is heated outside for an additional charge.
