Villa Alfresco is a 6-bedroom panoramic villa near Montecatini Alto, with views of Lucca and Pistoia. The place is surrounded by a green park, Tuscan hills and olive trees, so it is a perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The internal areas of the villa that are available for the guests are over 400 sq m and they are rented in an exclusive use formula only. The property is fenced and gated and there is a parking lot, where more than 10 cars can easily park in row. More parking is also available in the villa’s premises.
There is accommodation for 14 people maximum and a free WiFi in the villa. The ground floor offers a fully equipped 65 sq m kitchen, which has been restored in 2019. There is also a living and dining area, which is perfect especially for wintertime dinners and family gatherings. There are big wooden tables and chairs for up to 16 seats, with a game or dancing area by the monumental staircase with books and a glass wine cellar. The living and dining area is directly connected with the kitchen. The entrance floor offers a lounging area with a fireplace and three bedrooms with A/C and heating, two of them sharing a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a suite with a private patio and entrance, and a king-size bed. On the first floor, there are three more bedrooms. There are an ensuite bathroom, A/C and heating in each of them.
There is a straight access to the veranda from the living and dining room and the kitchen. The veranda is 150 sq m and there are tables and chairs surrounded by lemon trees. It is also directly accessible from the 12-person alfresco patio, overlooking the hills and the valley. The swimming pool has been restored in 2020 and features a modern heating system, which is available throughout the year. The size of the pool is over 200 sq m and the depth is 1.5 m maximum. It is fully gated so it is safe for the children. There are also sundeck chairs, a ping pong table, a BBQ grill and a huge tent in the pool area. The area offers two changing rooms, three bathrooms and a small self catering bar with a fridge and an ice maker.
It is possible to hire a private chef or to have cooking classes in the kitchen. Popular classes are, for example, how to make homemade pasta and how to pair wine and food. The lovely medieval village of Montecatini Alto is located nearby and the cities of Lucca is around 30 km and Florence is 50 km from the villa.
