Beautiful Villa Les Roses, built in 1800, is full of authentic Provencal charm with contemporary amenities. Villa has lot of different common spaces for relaxation and with four bedrooms it can accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa consists of three floors. Lower floor has a studio with private entrance, private kitchen and bathroom. The house has wifi and air conditioning. The middle floor living room is decorated with a rugged fireplace. The newly renovated kitchen contains everything you need from DeLonghi espresso machines to BBQ-grill. The long table in the dining room seats well 8 people. There is a small library / reading room between the dining room and the utility room. From the large lobby on the middle floor, a staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms. In a separate building guests can find an air-conditioned gym with a treadmill, crosstrainer and other fitness equipment. The villa is set on a hillside plot surrounded by a magnificent large garden and rosewood. At the top of the property there is a pool house as well as a 20m long heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The Pool House has a kitchenette, toilet and shower. There's also a covered terrace area where you can eat and socialize while admiring the sea views. There is a private garage on the street level. Grasse is a well-known perfume town with charming shops and cozy restaurants in the old town. Mougins, Tourrettes-sur-Loup and numerous small villages are a short distance away. 30min by car to Nice airport and 25min to Cannes. The villa is 800m to the nearest bakery (boulangerie) and about 10-15min walk to the village.
