The living room has direct access to pool and dining area outside. On the ground floor, there is also a separate toilet and a laundry room. The villa has total of four bedrooms. The first floor offers 3 bedrooms and a relaxing reading corner. On the second floor there is one bedroom. All of the bedrooms has ensuite bathroom and sea views. The outdoors offers an infinity swimming pool so you can enjoy the sunset and views on the Adriatic coast and town of Split. There is sun deck area with sun beds and outdoor shower. There is also an outdoor dining area in front of the kitchen. Villa Leyla is fully air-conditioned with free WiFi and all the amenities a guest needs for a very comfortable stay. There is a fenced parking lot on the private property for four cars. Villa Leyla is situated between the town of Split and small town Omiš. Famous town of Split is only 11 kilometers away from the villa and there you can find all of the shops and restaurants.
