Villa Ronya

Villa Ronya is a private villa with panoramic sea and island views, private pool area and a modern interior. Villa Ronya is located in Ruskamen, a small place located exactly halfway between the towns of Split and Makarska. With three bedrooms and one sofa bed, Villa Ronya accommodates up to eight guests. Villa has three floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area, floor-to-ceiling doors toward the pool area, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a separate toilet and a laundry room. On the first floor there is the main entrance to the villa and also two bedrooms. On the second floor there is one master bedroom with sofa bed. All of the bedrooms has ensuite bathrooms. Villa Ronya offers outdoor private pool, spacious sun deck area and sun beds. In the lounge corner there is covered outdoor dining area with barbecue, an outdoor shower and table tennis. Panoramic sea and island views will take your breath away, especially the sunsets that you can enjoy from the sun deck area or from each bedroom balcony. The villa is located six kilometers away from the closest town Omiš. There you can explore the rich cultural and historical heritage of the surrounding region and enjoy all of the services.
