Villa Mindy

Villa Mindy is a very beautifully decorated villa with private pool, jacuzzi and a Finnish sauna. It is located in a small village of Gornje Sitno which is just under the Mosor mountain. This villa is ideal for a romantic stay or a nice family vacation. With total of three bedrooms and one sofa bed, villa can accommodate up to eight guests. Villa Mindy has two floors. The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, dining table and a big windows so you can overview the pool area. There is also living room area with a treadmill and one bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom has access to the outdoor dining area. Ground floor also includes a separate toilet, a washing machine and a dryer. On the first floor there is two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and other has access to the terrace where is jacuzzi and sauna. The outdoor area is on two levels. On the ground level there is a private and heated swimming pool, sun beds, outdoor shower, lounge corner and a pavilion with a decked outdoor dining area next to a traditional barbecue. On the first level there is a terrace with a whirlpool, Finnish sauna and some sun beds for relaxing. Villa is only 25-minutes drive away from the historical town of Split and it gives you the proximity to all what this city has to offer. Villa Mindy is located on a unique place which is surrounded by history of the old stone houses. There are one minimarket and a three restaurants within a short walking distance that offers a local traditional food. Near by the villa there is also a popular and well-marked mountain trail. Villa Mindy is located on a fenced area and there are two covered parking places.
