Huvila Solana is a charming Mediterranean style villa in near Pollença in the island of Mallorca. This gorgeous villa, suitable for eight guests, has scenic views to the Tramuntana mountains. The villa has a main building and a guest house, and it's great for families and groups of friends. Its beautiful yard has a private pool and a sauna.
The main building has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There's also a modern kitchen, spacious living area and a large bathroom. High ceilings, modern paintings and interior give a Mediterranean feel to the villa. Its fully equipped kitchen has a small breakfast table and access to the pool and terrace. The dining area has a gorgeous view to the garden. Along with the pool, there's also a barbecue grill and a dining table on the terrace of the main building. On the yard there's also a sauna, 2 outdoor showers and a table tennis.
The guest house has a kitchen/living room area, washing machine, dining table, coach and access to the terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 single beds. Both have bathrooms. The bedrooms and be connected or separated with a lockable door between them.
Within a walking distance from the villa you'll find the town of Pollença with its restaurants and shops. In a driving distance there's a golf course, a beach and the cities of Sa Pobla, Inca and Palma.
