Villa Bella is an independent villa with private swimming pool that can comfortably accommodate up to 19 people in 9 comfortable suites and a single bedroom. From the Villa, in a very short time, it will be possible to reach the Versilian beaches and famous shops in Forte dei Marmi, or the Renaissance walls of Lucca. Villa Bella is ideal for groups and family reunion.
The villa is accessed via the beautiful wrought iron gate through a delightful well-kept garden with an entrance square. From here you reach the entrance of the house via a staircase. The villa is set on three floors. On the ground floor you will find a large entrance area with fireplace that opens onto the dining area, a kitchen and a reading room with library, a TV room and utility rooms. A staircase leads to the first floor. The first floor is composed by six bedrooms all with private bathroom with shower. There is three double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms. In the lower level reachable from an internal staircase from the ground floor, there are four bedrooms. Two of those are double bedrooms, one is a twin with joinable beds and one is single available on request. All the bedrooms on this floor has an ensuite bathroom with shower. On the lower level there are also a TV SMART room, a small reading room with access to the externals and a gym. The first floor and the lower floor are equipped with independent underfloor cooling system and heating, and WI-FI connection.
Outdoor of the villa there is a beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast, by the well-kept area at the back of the villa, a beautiful swimming pool with sunbathing area and also barbecue area. In a corner of the house accessible only from outside there is a laundry room. Villa has a private covered parking places for six cars.
The city of Lucca, which is not far from the house, is one of the jewels of Tuscany, an arrival point or simply a stop that cannot be overlooked due to its artistic beauty and its evocative atmosphere.
