Villa Bavana

Villa Bavana is a brand new beachfront villa in Duće. The sea is only 10 m away so you can admire the amazing views of the Adriatic Sea and the island Brač. The villa is modernly decorated and the big windows bring lots of light. The half floors and glass fences make deeper dimension to the interior. The property is fully fenced and there is private parking place. Next to Villa Bavana is identical Villa Golubinka, which can be rented together or separately. The villa has room for 8+2 people. There are a free WiFi and A/C in the villa. The ground floor offers a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and a toilet. There is a dining area with a direct exit to the outdoor dining area and a media room with a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed. The lower ground floor is few steps down and there is an en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedroom has an exit to a terrace with a table for two. The internal staircase takes you to an upper ground floor (mezzanine) where is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also a terrace with sea and pool views. A few steps up, on the first floor level, there are two bedrooms with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom in both of them. Other bedroom on this floor has also a balcony with sea views. First floor level offers a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. The outdoor area offers a covered dining area with a BBQ grill and a direct entrance to the living area. There is a private 11 m x 3 m heated pool, a jacuzzi with amazing sea views and a spacious sun deck area with 8 sun deck chairs. The sandy beaches are nearby and the restaurants, bars and minimarkets are located within walking distance. The town of Omiš and the Cetina river are only 2 km away and it only takes around 30 minutes to drive to the lovely city of Split.
